41 rooms on three floors, all with views of the Ore Mountains. The junior suites have a separate living area. Every room has a balcony or terrace. No frills, but comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms and plenty of space for suitcases and children.
Restaurant & Cuisine
In the conservatory restaurant, the team cooks regional and seasonal dishes. Ore Mountains classics such as Sauerbraten and dumplings sit alongside lighter fare. Every Friday there is a themed evening: Greek, Mexican or Alpine. Half board is included.
Wellness & Pool
The indoor pool measures 6 by 10 metres and is kept at 28 degrees all year round. Right next to it: a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna and a relaxation room overlooking the forest. Not a wellness temple, but just right after a day on the hiking trails.
Hiking & Nature
Marked hiking trails into the Ore Mountains start right at the hotel. The Kammweg ridge trail lies on the doorstep, and Oberwiesenthal is 15 minutes away. In winter this is a place for cross-country and downhill skiing. In summer the trails lead through forests and along ridges with views reaching as far as Bohemia.
Family Holidays
A playground with a slide and climbing tower right by the hotel. Mini golf in the garden. A pool for splashing about. Children's menus in the restaurant cost under 10 euros. Family rooms with connecting doors are available. And once the children are in bed, parents can enjoy a glass of wine in the conservatory.
